As part of the Technology Business Function, the Content Development and Training team supports the professional development of Life-Cycle Services. The team acts as a global competence centre for delivering high-quality training and documentation to internal teams, customers, and site-based service teams worldwide.
In this role, your primary focus will be on developing and delivering training programs specifically designed for operators and control room supervisors. You will create engaging, user-focused training materials and facilitate courses that help participants understand system functionality, operational procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Your tasks
Design and develop training modules tailored to operators and control room supervisors, focusing on system operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Travel approximately 60% of the time, mostly within EMEA. Deliver training sessions, often abroad and in person, ensuring participants gain hands-on, applicable knowledge. Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to gather accurate technical information and translate it into clear, practical training content. Apply instructional design principles to ensure training is effective, engaging, and aligned with operational needs. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback, system updates, and evolving user requirements. Integrate visual aids, simulations, and interactive elements to enhance learning and retention.This position offers a competitive salary range of €3,700 to €5,050 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Based on performance, there are opportunities to grow beyond this scale.
